This is the best workout without hurt my old bones

I love everything about this gym. Spin class is amazing and the instructor lead bootcamps really meet personal fitness needs. The weight room meets my needs when wanting to just lift or do a little cardio and glad I can securely access the gym 24/7! I can’t forget about the food and smoothies, which are are delicious. You have to try the zucchini and the smoothie with papaya, banana and pineapple! I feel like I’m part of a huge family every time I walk in. Everyone is kind and welcoming. I’m so glad I found this place don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t come here everyday.

I love it here! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Crystal, the owner, is the best person I know. She pushes me because she knows I can do anything I set my mind to. The Bootcamp classes are fantastic. They change every time so it’s always a fun surprise! Cycling is also really fun. Crystal just makes it fun, easy, and enjoyable. I look forward to going to the gym every day. I never thought I would say that, but here I am.

Xtreme Core Fitness is a great place to workout. There are a variety of classes from morning until night and the gym is open 24 hours. It is the coach and owner who makes all the difference. Crystal is devoted to her members. I have achieved personal success through her 6 week challenge programs and boosters. Life changing!

Extreme Core Fitness is the best gym that I have ever been a part of! Crystal welcomed me from day one with open arms and constant encouragement! She got me to attend a cycling class of hers, which then became my primary form of exercise. Her and Holly give the best classes with great music, motivation and a judgement free zone. This gym provides community and a climate like no other. The members become friends and an extended family. I have never been so supported in every aspect of my life. I truly thank you Crystal and your gym for becoming a part of my life when I needed it the most. I can not thank Extreme Core Fitness enough for all that Crystal and this amazing group of people have done for me.
